Y'all😅 The Real Estate business is no joke! Just lost a contract due to inability to get a loan funded, and went back under contract almost simultaneously because the buyer's gracious family decided to buy the house for the original buyer! Lots of extra paperwork on all sides? yes! But I'm so thankful that this sweet buyer still gets the home they want so much, and so happy for a sale too! All in a day's work!
