I was incredibly honoured last week to be awarded with the 2024 Sidney J. Picker Award for “Outstanding Contributions to Canada-USA Relations” for my many years work in Indigenous trade and developing policy understanding and diplomatic interest for across both federal governments, state and provinces as well as Tribal/ First Nations interest and involvement in Indigenous trade and human rights. The award was presented by Professor Steve Petras, Director of the Canada-United States Law Institute and law professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio. Great CUSLI Conference on Cross Border Trade and Human Rights!
