SOLD. Full Price Plus🏡

This one meant a little more.

Helping family friends navigate an estate sale is never just about
real estate it’s about honoring the situation, handling details the
right way, and making sure everything is done with care. Additionally,
we had lot line adjustments to work through with the city, which added
another layer most buyers (and agents) may shy away from.

The family knew their desired price, and even before the lot line
situation was finalized we received multiple offers by hitting the
market hard with marketing and exposure. Some buyers tried to use the
lot line situation as a negotiation tool, but instead of forcing a
quick sale, we made a strategic move and took the home off the market,
held firm on value, and sure enough we got a full price offer. We even
bumped that price up a bit to cover some buyer concessions.

Result: A true win-win. Clients got their price and buyers got the
home they really wanted.

Sometimes the best move isn’t chasing the market… it’s controlling the
narrative.

Grateful for the trust on this one.
