Hi, I’m Blanca. It’s been a while.

If we’re just meeting - or if you’ve known me for a while but aren’t quite sure how I’m spending my time these days - this is me, gently reintroducing myself.

I’m a human practicing conscious, relational law, a legal designer and space holder.

I support purpose-led women* entrepreneurs to create values-based, collaborative contracts that feel clear, aligned and human.

I’ve been quietly tending to my work and growth behind the scenes.

Taking time to live into my values.

Letting the next chapter of my business emerge with

rooted in cycles, not speed.

I believe legal support can feel grounding.

That contracts can be creative tools for trust and transparency.

That your values aren’t optional or add-ons. They are the

My practice is inspired by a deeper commitment: to live from love, intentionality, and deep curiosity. To share truth with courage and compassion. To honour the rhythms of life - both inner and outer - and surrender to something greater than myself.

This way of being shapes how I support others - whether I’m guiding a founder through legal decisions, or holding space in more intuitive, co-facilitated, non-legal circles. The thread is the same:

Meet Boudica.

You might not guess it, but she’s one of the most exceptional space holders I’ve ever known 💫

In the summer/autumn of 2023, she held me through one of the deepest transitions of my life. With only a bed and a cabinet inside - I added a fridge, but everything else was makeshift and camping style - she was my safe haven as I tended to the parts of myself I hadn’t truly looked at for too long.

After moving through that season, I knew I wanted to keep her, strip her back, and convert her properly. I did all the stripping! But when it came to the rebuild, I realised I’d bitten off more than I could chew.

Sound familiar?

This reminded me of entrepreneurship and running a small business. You have to be all the things to all the people. And sometimes the magic happens when you call in the right support.

So this week, I delivered Boudica to a friend to complete her transformation. And in doing so, I feel like I’m stepping into my own next chapter, getting closer to my dream of being a digital nomad 🌍💻

As we welcome winter solstice, the longest night & shortest day of the year, we are invited to embrace the gift of stillness & reflection.

The term “solstice” comes from the Latin words “sol” (sun) and “sistere” (to stand still).

During winter solstice, the sun’s apparent movement in the sky reaches its southernmost point & seems to pause before reversing direction.

While the sun doesn’t literally stand still, its path appears to remain constant for a few days, creating the illusion of a standstill.

May you find peace in the pause. This is where the alchemy occurs 🌙✨

Why would you?

The old year is still doing its thing.

I find this premature push to close out the old year & have your dreams, goals & intentions all worked out by the 1st January counter productive.

It’s always confused me.

Stop this glorification of busy!

Why are we expected to work against nature?

Winter is telling us, in all its wisdom & ways, to

Winter has its process, its phases…

And right now it’s going inwards. A time for

P A U S E

and for stripping back to basics. To nest.

An invitation to create a transitional pause that allows you to reflect on what’s been.

Let 2024 settle. Let the pause provide a space to

R E F L E C T

and to celebrate yourself for all you’ve navigated in your last revolution around the sun.

To be with your kin. To be with

What if I told you “go slow to go fast”? 🐌

While the outer world is lighting up for the festive season, I’m getting quiet.

But it wasn’t always like this. I used to:

• Get caught up in the busyness
• Struggle to slow, rest & reflect
• Be in the push energy, with little consideration of what all the ‘doing’ was moving me towards

It’s taken me years to realise that deepening into winter will:

• Nurture the soil of my inner world, ready for planting 2025 goals, dreams & intentions
• Shed those limiting beliefs & practices that no longer serve me
• Fuel my spring & summer with the most epic life force energy

2024 was the most focused & fruitful year of my life & business so far.

Why?

• I no longer resist the ebbs & flows of the seasons.
• I listen to the lessons of winter: slow, rest, let go, dream.

Today, the gift of being a digital nomad means catching the serene sunrise over the canal 🌅

The crisp winter air & peaceful walk was truly invigorating.

Embracing the cold not only supports my immune system but also refreshes my mind and spirit ❄️

Who doesn’t love a Maya Angelou quote?!

🎉 Today I’m celebrating that I get to not merely survive, but thrive.

❤️‍🔥 I’m passionate about making contracts readable. I mean, why wouldn’t you? At the end of the day contracts are just a reflection of human relationships, so the humans should be able to read & understand their intentions for their relationship, right?

💫 Compassion looks like bringing my intuition to client connections. If you’re frazzled, let’s breathe. If you’re finding it hard to feel into something, let’s do a body scan. If you’re dreaming into your soul client’s needs, let me guide you in a meditation that’ll help you navigate that liminal space.

😜 I love it when co-creating contracts turns out to be fun too! At the end of a recent client session, my client said, “I’m really enjoying creating this client focused contract with you - who’d have thought contracts could be fun!”.

🎨 I’m a creator at heart. So to bring visuals and client branding to contract docs is my happy place.
