Hi. Please be aware that this week I shall be in Court Hearings all week, so unable to respond to messages/emails and as I am travelling up and down the country I won't have my diary with me and internet is not always reliable!

Please only message or email if it's an urgent matter as otherwise there is the worry that this just creates an inbox that takes forever to go through and it maybe your message that it right at the bottom and is overlooked, causing a much greater delay.

I promise I will respond ASAP

Some may not be aware that I already offer a financial disclosure redaction service to assist with confidentiality and security in matters involving bail conditions, Non-Molestation Orders and other protective orders, whilst remaining within the requirements of Form E and the duty of full and frank financial disclosure.

This service does not remove or obscure financial information which must properly be disclosed. It is limited to redacting sensitive identifying or location-based information where it is necessary for safety and proportionate to do so, such as store locations, branch details, transaction location codes, addresses or other information which could inadvertently reveal a protected person’s whereabouts.
