We may work for different companies, and yet we had a blast getting insight from each other. Crossing company lines, swapping marketing ideas, discussing different strategies, and talking about what our buyers really want in a home. 🏡
Honestly, days like this make us all better at what we do. We talked staging, layouts, price points, buyer feedback, and probably solved the world’s problems somewhere between kitchen islands and primary bathrooms. 😂
My buyers will definitely benefit from all the insight I gained on these other homes. I want to KNOW the market, not just read the MLS remarks.
