Lance Pritikin is an accomplished intellectual property attorney with particular expertise in patents and technology. Lance leverages his background as a former lead spacecraft engineer and product development consultant when helping his technology clients make short-term decisions that best serve their long-term business objectives. Over the past 16 years as a registered patent attorney, he has helped clients of all sizes protect and profit from their innovations in the U.S. and throughout the world. He also conducts intellectual property due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients in the ongoing management their intellectual property assets.
In this presentation, Lance will discuss intellectual property issues that may arise in the context of trust and probate administration. This will include an overview of the various types of intellectual property, things to be aware of when conveying ownership of intellectual property, and key deadlines that require monitoring and action.
