** Receptionists/Administration Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our busy Newmilns office. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Meeting, greeting, and interacting with client’s and visitors in the reception area.
· Attend to telephone enquiries in a polite & professional manner.
· Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
· Arranging appointments.
· Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout the reception area Assisting other staff members as and when required.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

· Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
· Experience of Microsoft office
· Experience in reception or similar client facing role
· Ability to use initiative
· Excellent organisational skills
· Excellent attention to detail

Full time position.
Pay commensurate with experience.
