Honorable Administrative Judge from Punjab and Haryana High Court Justice Sh. Jasgurpreet Singh Puri, visited the Judicial Court Complex of Baghapurana, Nihalsinghwala and Moga for the annual inspection on dated 13th March, 2023. During his visit, Police honored him with Guard of Honor, after which honorable Justice sown the Triveni plants (Neem, Peepal and Banyan) and shared the message of environment preservation and protection.
Honorable District and Session Judge Sh. Atul Kasana Ji, Additional District and Session Judge S. Harjit Singh ji, Additional CJM Sh. Sanjeev Kundi ji and CJM cm Secretary, Legal Aid Services Sh. Amrish Kumar welcomed the Honorable Justice to the court.
Sh. Sunil Garg, Advocate, President, District Bar Association Moga along with whole executive team honored the Honorable Justice Sh. Jasgurpreet Singh Puri with bouquet and welcomed him in Judicial Courts. Senior advocates also welcomed the Lordship by offering garlands.
Sh. Sunil Garg, Advocate, President, District Bar Association Moga requested the kind attention and support to resolve issues faced by advocates in general. He emphasizes on updating the library, need of advanced legal software, computers and printers in library, shifting the Permanent Lok Adalat and Consumer Court in Judicial Court Complex, he tried to draw the attention of Honorable Lordship towards the welfare fund of advocated and suggested to use the income received by the parking and canteen contracts for the advocate welfare fund, above all he stressed that although early justice is the need of society, but advocates should not get suffered unnecessarily on the name of Action Plan, rather mutual cooperation of Bar and Bench be promoted to complete such cases of Action Plan, he further added that the proper use of Legal Aid is utmost important and strict action should be taken against people who misuse the legal aid services.
Honorable Justice Sh. Jasgurpreet Singh Puri, patiently heard and addressed the bar with his words of wisdom, he promised the Bar Members that they will update the library and make it digitalized. He further adds that he will discuss and consider all the requirements and recommendations stated by President Sh. Sunil Garg and promised to do the needful.
