IPAC team is currently seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Paralegal and Junior Associate to join our dynamic and expanding team.

Minimum Qualifications and Required Skills:
1. A Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Law.
2. Proficiency in the English language.
3. An established capacity to independently manage client assignments while operating under the guidance of associates and partners.
4. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in intellectual property and business advisory, having served in the capacity of a paralegal or junior associate.

(Circular No. 18/2026/TT-BCT, effective from April 3, 2026, replacing Circular 25/2021/TT-BCT)
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has introduced an updated framework for the Vietnam Value (National Brand) Program, refining the criteria for selection, evaluation, and recognition of products that represent the image, credibility, and competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises.

💡 What are the general requirements?

1. Requisites
Made-in-Vietnam products with IP rights protected Vietnamese enterprises, the IP rights holders, with minimum 2 years of continuous operation

2. Core criteria
- Quality – Products demonstrate consistently high quality, reliability, and strong market competitiveness

- Innovation – Enterprises continuously improve their products and actively apply new technologies in production and development

- Pioneering Capability – Enterprises demonstrate market leadership, adaptability, and a long-term strategic vision

3. Evaluation method
Total score: 1,000 points
Minimum threshold: 650 points
Each criterion must achieve at least 60%

From April 1st, 2026, the amended Intellectual Property Law 2025 No. 131/2025/QH15 officially comes into effect.
