Today my clients closed on a beautifully renovated home that met all their needs.
This closing was special to me because when I first started with this family they told me all the reasons they couldn’t be homeowners and I gave them all the reasons they could.
This closing made me understand it is not about just a commissions as a realtor or making an investment as a future homeowner. It’s about helping people getting a HOME… something that’s there’s and a place to hold with pride. It’s about creating a solid foundation for family. I could go on and on! Just know, Today was a good day! I love being a REALTOR!

My first closing of 2023 was with this awesome couple, honestly the best clients! This was a smooth transaction that closed in 3 weeks, I negotiated below list price and they received $2500 in seller concessions! I’m sooo happy for them. Congratulations 🍾🎉Caleb and Danielle!

My clients ended the year in a new construction, luxury home! We negotiated an amazing price and the builder and lender contributed $7,000 towards closing. It’s safe to say I’m the best Realtor around ☺️
