🏡 Something new is happening with manufactured homes and land in our area.
In the past, if you wanted a new manufactured home, you typically went to a manufactured home dealership, selected your home, and then either needed to own land or find land and put all the pieces together yourself.
That's changing.
Builders, investors and manufactured home dealers are now putting the entire package together — a brand-new doublewide already installed on land — and then offering the completed property for sale through the MLS.
For homebuyers, I think that's a big deal.
You can shop for the home and land together, compare locations and prices, arrange traditional real estate showings, and avoid much of the work involved in putting a land-home project together yourself.
