Andy Peters Davis is a Franklin County native who returned to Wi******er after earning his business degree from Miami University and his law degree in San Diego to join Davis & Davis. He handles both personal injury and criminal defense cases and is known for strong trial results, thorough strategy, and a commitment to fighting for what’s right. Outside the courtroom, Andy is a devoted husband and father of twins and stays involved locally by volunteering his time to support recovery and community programs.

Floyd Don Davis is the founder of Davis & Davis and has spent more than four decades standing up for his clients across Tennessee. A former Franklin County General Sessions Judge (serving from 1982–2004), Floyd returned to private practice and built a reputation for taking on tough cases, especially when insurance companies try to shortchange people, and being willing to go to trial when it matters. Robbie Davis grew up in Franklin County, and after school (UT Knoxville) and law training out in California, he came back home to serve the community. Today, he’s licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, serves as the Municipal Judge in Decherd, and heads up the Chattanooga office. Robbie focuses on personal injury, contract, and family law.
