We are pleased to announce that Attorney Myer S. Messinger has joined Comitz Law, where he will concentrate his practice in municipal and governmental law, complex civil litigation, and personal injury matters.
Attorney Messinger has substantial experience representing municipalities, school districts, zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, and other public entities throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. He currently serves as Solicitor for Sugarloaf Township and Pringle Borough, Solicitor to the Kingston Borough Zoning Hearing Board, and Solicitor to the Newport Township Zoning Hearing Board and Planning Committee. He previously served as Solicitor to the Wyoming Valley West School District.
In his municipal practice, Attorney Messinger advises elected officials, municipal administrators, zoning officials, and public boards on matters involving municipal governance, land use and zoning, Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law, public meetings, contracts, labor and employment issues, ordinance drafting and enforcement, and litigation. He has represented public entities before zoning hearing boards, Courts of Common Pleas, and Pennsylvania appellate courts.
