We are following the Florida Supreme Court at all times and the Orders as they become available.
The very likely closure of “non-essential” businesses in Palm Beach is quickly approaching, however, at the Law Office of Abigail Beebe, P.A. we have worked tirelessly to ensure our clients will have access to ALL of us, by video conferencing, telephone conferencing and of course e-mail access.
We are all prepared to work from anywhere, if necessary and have spent the last several days (weeks) making sure we are fully able to continue acting on behalf of clients, regardless of location. We have prepared our entire office to:
1. Have full access to all clients and for
Clients to have access to us,
2. Appear for all court proceedings (if the judge is conducting telephonic hearings, which some are)
3. Access all files, documents and anything that would be available if we were in the office.
Importantly-law firms and law offices are considered “essential” businesses and we remain available, ready, willing and able to meet all of our clients needs during this time.
Opinion Release: The Clerk's Office usually releases opinions, if any are ready, at 11 a.m. each Thursday. Court staff posts them to this website as soon as possible.
