A bigger network doesn’t always mean more business.

Sometimes, it’s the relationships you’ve already built that create the biggest opportunities.

On this episode of the Miami and RWorld Talk Podcast, Chris Krzemien sits down with Sarah Deely, Director of Business Development at Choice Mortgage Group, to discuss why genuine connections, consistency, and showing up for people matter more than simply collecting contacts.

From her background in hospitality to building lasting partnerships in real estate, Sarah shares why successful business development starts with understanding people, earning trust, and becoming someone others want to work with.

We also explore what separates a great lending partner from just another referral source, why follow-up matters, and how getting involved with MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld helped Sarah strengthen her relationships and grow professionally.

Whether you’re a Realtor®, lender, or affiliate, this conversation is a reminder that the best business opportunities often come from relationships built long before anyone needs something.
