If I get pulled over and and starts conducting a DUI investigation and I’m stone cold sober. This is how I’m going to deal with the situation.officer asks me to get out of the car, I’m gonna get out of the car. If he asks me to do the field spotty exercises I’m not gonna do them. When he asks me to blow into the breathalyzer I’m going blow, I’m going to blow zeros so why wouldn’t I? He will then likely ask me to do a urine test. Well there’s nothing in my system so I’m gonna do the urine test at this point. I’m already under arrest so he’s taking me to jail. I’m going to have to bond out. The prosecutor is going to see that I have nothing in my urine and I blew zeros they’ll have no choice, but to not file this case. This situation can happen to anyone and you have to know how to deal with it.

The MOVE OVER law. Very important and practical to understand. Knowing this law will save you from getting pulled over. Avoiding getting pulled over is one of the most important things to avoiding trouble because officers find technical minor traffic violations in order to have a valid legal stop and then these small infractions turn into bigger cases. Make sure you understand how the move over law works.
