This week, we're proud to spotlight Shareholder David C. Pulliam! A proud graduate of Lincoln High School, David earned his B.A. with distinction from Iowa State University before receiving his J.D., also with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law.

During his time in law school, he was a member of the Stephenson Trial Advocacy National Competition Team and the Iowa Law Review. David has been a valued member of Wasker Law Firm since 1997, focusing his practice on both transactional and litigation matters within Real Estate.

We are thrilled to welcome Seth Dodge back to Wasker, Dorr, Wimmer & Marcouiller, P.C., following his recent return from a 10-month deployment to the Middle East. For the last eight years, Seth has balanced a dedicated career in the military with his legal practice at Wasker. During his recent deployment in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, he served as a Judge Advocate General—an attorney for the Army—where he focused on de-ISIS efforts and provided advice on military justice, administrative and fiscal law, and the Law of War to a brigade of 3,000 soldiers.

Seth joined the service driven by a deep sense of purpose, often telling his children that it’s easy to be a bad guy; it’s hard to be a good guy, and that being a good guy requires hard work, tough choices, and sacrifice. He believes it’s worth it if we can keep the world safe and secure so that people can live happy, healthy lives.

Back at Wasker, Seth applies that same diligence to his practice, where he acts as a settlement agent for residential and commercial closings and counsels clients on real estate development, business advising, and estate planning.
