PURPOSE; To provide rapid communication of vital information related to a real estate transaction CoopRates has created a website to facilitate accurate information exchange between real estate professionals within the guidelines established by the NAR lawsuit.

How it works:

1. Register yourself on the website at CoopRates.com.

2. Every Real Estate Agent will have a 90 free trial period to work within the system. After free trial of 90 days, the cost is $10/month.

3. Once registered you will have the ability to:

INPUT LISTINGS
Listing Agents will input information about their listing
- Complete Property Address
- Listing contract start and end dates
- Buyer Agent compensation offered by Listing Brokerage
(Additional information is auto generated based on registration information user provided.)

REQUEST LISTING INFORMATION
- Search listings by the listing's property address
- Requested information including
- Listing Brokerage
- Listing Agent and their contact information
- Listing contract dates
- Compensation rate offered by Listing Brokerage or Seller

4. An email and text message will be sent to the Listing Agent to respond with the requested information, expediting the exchange of critical information pertaining to a real estate transaction.

5. Buying Agent will receive notification via email/text message of requested information including compensation offered by Listing Brokerage or Seller.

6. Buying Agent will have the ability to print out a form with the information provided by the Listing Agent to incorporate into their contract agreement outlining critical information for your real estate transaction.
