In honor of National Infertility Awareness Week…
I am 1 in 6.
I am 1 in 10.
This is what my journey has looked like:
•Fibroids. Ovarian cysts.
•Cervical cryosurgery.
•2 HSG procedures.
•2 Myomectomies — abdominal & laparoscopic.
•Tubal excision.
•Appendix removal.
•Endometriosis diagnosis.
12 years of fighting.
6 eggs. 4 fertilized.
1 successful transfer🍍
Let me be clear — this is not what “by choice” looks like for most of us.
But even here… HOPE rises in the face of difficulty and uncertainty. This has been a prayer that has come to fruition!
I’m sharing my story during National Infertility Awareness Week to bring awareness, to remind someone that it is possible, and that there are paths that can be more accessible than they seem.
