Last Friday wrapped up an incredible experience at the Mid-Atlantic CCIM Chapter Conference at the Washington City Club in DC!

Amazon plans to close its operations at 3640 Ramos Drive in West Sacramento by Oct. 30, where it employs 159 workers. The company occupies about half of a 163,308-square-foot warehouse at Southport Industrial Park, CoStar data shows. The e-commerce giant also plans to close a facility at 2006 McGaw Ave. in Irvine by Nov. 7, affecting 162 employees, according to the state notice.
