Do you love your partner yet hate your reoccurring conflicts? You ask yourself “why” only to come up empty-handed, or blaming your partner. You want your union to reflect your individual growth and your partners. Often personal growth spells the end of many unions. Is there a way to hold on to your committed relationship while growing as a person?
The seemingly impossible equation can be deciphered. My coaching sessions will empower you and your partner to manage the conflicts you are facing. Over six sessions you will come to understand the types of conflict relationships encounter, how to respond to your version of them in a constructive way. Simplistically, we view “conflict” as a byproduct of a negotiation gone wrong. You will learn and be able to practice how to negotiate/discuss consequential and reoccurring issues with your partner without allowing conflict to spoil the process and outcome.
The combination of my formal training, undergraduate degree in Decision Science (GMU 2003) followed with my Masters in Conflict Analysis and Resolution (GMU, S-CAR 2008) and my experiences in facilitating cross-cultural negotiations, divorce, and family mediations as a court-certified mediator gave me insights to develop this six-session coaching program. I believe in the devotion to love and its existential powers we are all entitled to enjoy.
