I am currently and have been the Broker-Owner/Managing Broker/Property Manager of Urban Aire Realty since 2009. I was a Chicago Association of Realtors "TOP PRODUCER" from 2010-2018. In 2018 I started Real Estate Consulting. I worked with Friedman Real Estate from 2019-2021 as Licensed Real Estate Consultant and Assistant Community Manager; NCH Property Management from 2018-2019 as Licensed Real Estate Consultant & Property Manager. Prior to that I worked for American Invsco, Chicago as Managing Broker/Broker Associate from 2006-2009; DuKane Realty and DuKane Title, McHenry, Rockford and Warrenville as Broker Owner/Managing Broker/Property Manager from 2003-2006; Coldwell Banker, Wheaton as Sales Associate from 2000-2003. A few of my accomplishments, certifications and designations include: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) since 2003; Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) since 2004. In 2008 I achieved #18 in production NATIONWIDE for the Nation's leading condo converter/developer at the time, American Invsco. I have been a member of the Local, State and National Association of Realtors since 2000. I hold the following Degrees: Associate in Science (A.S.), Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a Master of Science in Education (M.S. I was a member of the Illinois Army National Guard, 1986-1992 and I am a Veteran of the Persian Gulf War, 1990-1991.
