Criminal Justice Attorneys' Association of Ventura County The primary purpose of CJAAVC is to represent its members in their employment relations with the County of Ventura and the State of California.

CJAAVC is an association of attorneys who are employed by the Ventura County District Attorney's Office, the Office of the Ventura County Public Defender, the Department of Child Support Services, and the Ventura County Superior Court.

Regular status employees in the following classifications are eligible for membership in CJAAVC: Attorney I; Attorney II; Attorney III; and
Senior Attorney. CJAAVC is the official bargaining representative for attorneys in the above classifications.
