We’re proud to spotlight our Partner, Chike C. Ogbuehi — a dedicated attorney, leader, and community advocate.

Chike earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law. As a former Captain in the United States Army and Utah National Guard, he brings discipline, integrity, and strong leadership into his legal practice.

Licensed to practice in both Utah and Maryland, Chike is the founder of C.C. Ogbuehi Law and currently serves as President of the Nigerian American Lawyers Association (NALA). He is also a member of the Utah Association for Justice (UAJ).

His practice areas include Personal Injury, Family Law, Business Law, and Employment-Based Immigration, where he is passionate about advocating for and empowering his clients.

When he’s not practicing law, Chike enjoys spending time with family, traveling, music, running, and embracing new adventures.

Born in Takoma Park, Maryland, and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Chinwe brings a unique global perspective and a deep passion for advocacy to her work.

She attended Queen’s College, Yaba, earned her B.A. in Political Science from Berea College, and received her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.

Chinwe is an accomplished trial lawyer focusing on car accidents, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. With over a decade of experience, she has built a strong reputation through her work as the founder of Omena Law Firm, LLC, her service as an Assistant State’s Attorney, and her background as an insurance adjuster handling automobile and personal injury claims.

She is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia and has received several recognitions, including Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers, the Client’s Choice Award, and Top Attorney by Avvo. Chinwe also served as President of the Nigerian American Lawyers Association (NALA) from 2022–2023.

When she’s not advocating for her clients, Chinwe enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
