It started with one listing… and ended with 16 showings, a little competition, and a Florida dream coming together. 🌴🏡

These clients originally found me because they came across one of my listings. But, it wasn't the one for them.

Over the next couple of days, we toured multiple properties, but nothing was quite saying “this is it.”

So we decided to expand the search.

Port St. Joe? Let’s go.
Fort Walton Beach? Absolutely.
Gulf Breeze? Yep, we’ll look there too.

We planned their next trip down, and I mapped out TWO full days of showings across the Panhandle.

And on one of those days, we saw 16 properties. 😳

WHEW. 😂

But somewhere along the way, they found a property they really loved. Unfortunately, there was a little competition for it, and sometimes the Florida real estate market has a way of keeping you on your toes.

So we went back to the drawing board…or, more accurately, back to one we had already seen.

Sometimes you have to look at 16+ homes to realize the one you almost overlooked might actually be the one.

And now I’m just so excited for these clients to have a little piece of Florida to come back to. A place where they can slow down, enjoy the sunshine, gather with their family, and make years worth of memories.

What started with them simply viewing one of my listings turned into an adventure all across the Panhandle…

…and ultimately, finding their Florida home.

So happy for them and so grateful I was able to help them in this process!

Two doors, two milestones, one great week in real estate.

Today I put a home under contract for my sweet neighbors — literally, they live right across the street from me. I watched their family grow from 4 to 6 during their years in that house, and while it's bittersweet to see this chapter close, I'm honored I got to help them navigate the next one.

And on the flip side — I got to play a small advisory role alongside my amazing coworker Christal Wadsworth as she helped a client achieve a huge goal: buying their very first condo! There's nothing like watching someone become a homeowner for the first time.

Whether it's closing out an era or opening a brand new one, helping people reach their real estate goals - big or small, first-time or fifth-time - never gets old.

✨ UNDER CONTRACT at Beachwalk Condominiums! ✨

I’ve had the pleasure of working with this sweet buyer since last July, searching for the perfect beach condo where she and her family can escape, relax, and make memories together for years to come.

We’ve kept a close eye on multiple units at Beachwalk Condominiums, patiently waiting for the right opportunity. About a month ago, a wonderful unit hit the market at a great price, and she immediately made the trip down to see it!

Unfortunately, there was a lot of interest and competition, and another buyer secured it before we could. It was disappointing—but sometimes real estate has a funny way of working things out.

Fast-forward to a few days ago: my client noticed the unit was BACK ON THE MARKET! 👀

This time, we didn’t hesitate. We moved quickly, submitted an offer, and I’m so happy to announce that my buyer is officially UNDER CONTRACT on the beach condo she’s been waiting for!
