Mom … thank you for raising me, loving me, praying for me, and showing me adventure and joy when I needed it… which, if we’re being honest, was probably more often than I realized.
Thank you for showing me what faith looks like when nobody’s watching—trusting God in hard seasons, serving others, loving your family, and staying steady through it all. So much of who I am today was shaped by the Lord working through you.
And Jessi… watching you mother our boys is one of the clearest pictures I have of God’s love, patience, grace, and strength.
You somehow manage the noise, the mess, the missing shoes, the endless snacks, the wrestling matches, and the beautiful chaos of four boys… and through it all, you keep pointing them toward what is true, good, and honoring to the Lord. That is no small calling.
Scripture says, “Her children rise up and call her blessed.” — Proverbs 31:28
Now… I may not always get four boys to rise up quietly… but I know without question they are blessed.
Both of you remind us that motherhood isn’t just hard work—it’s holy work. The prayers you pray, the sacrifices you make, the truth you speak, and the love you pour out are shaping generations.
Today we thank God for you.
We honor you.
We love you.
And we are who we are because the Lord has used you in our lives.
To Mom… to Jessi… Happy Mother’s Day. ❤️
