I had the pleasure of representing both the Seller and the Buyers on this one, and I couldn’t have asked for a better closing.

My seller is ready for her next chapter, the buyers are excited about their new island home, and I’m thrilled to be welcoming new neighbors to Tybee!

Thursday Shout-Out to Dillon Patel and Dunes Inn & Suites! 👏

When the Tybee Island YMCA’s main pool was closed, Dillon generously opened the Dunes pool so the water aerobics ladies could keep moving, laughing and enjoying their classes.
