He has given seminars which have been co-sponsored by Prudential, Merrill Lynch, AXA Advisors, the San Francisco Korean Chamber of Commerce, the Santa Clara Korean Chamber of Commerce, etc.. He has also co-authored the chapter on the "Nature and Classification of Trusts" for West Group Legal Publishers, which was published in October 1999 as reference material for use by other estate planning atorneys. Ernest Kim is a graduate of the Cornell University Law School, majoring in Business Law and Regulation. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California at Berkeley and received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
