Complaint: Speeding and Signal Engineering Risks at 36th St N and N Peoria Ave.

I'm writing to formally submit a public safety complaint regarding the critical traffic conditions at the intersection of 36th Street North and North Peoria Avenue in Tulsa.

This location currently poses a severe, immediate danger to drivers and pedestrians due to non-compliant speeds and hazardous signal engineering.

First, vehicles regularly travel through this intersection at speeds well over the posted 40 mph limit. This excessive speeding directly violates established public safety standards and federal traffic management guidelines for safe urban intersections. High-speed traffic at this location significantly reduces reaction times and increases the severity of collisions.

Second, there is a dangerous engineering issue with the yellow light intervals at this signal. The current timing of the yellow light change does not match the actual, high-speed traffic flow. This creates a hazardous dilemma zone for drivers, forcing them to either slam on their brakes or risk entering the intersection during a red light.

The combination of excessive speed and flawed signal timing puts this intersection at an unacceptably high risk for severe accidents.

I request that the City of Tulsa immediately take the following actions:

1) Deploy Tulsa Police Department traffic units for targeted speed enforcement.

2) Conduct an engineering study on the traffic signal to correct and extend the yellow light timing interval.

3) Install enhanced speed zone signage to warn drivers and slow down traffic.

Please log this formal statement into the municipal tracking system and provide a case number.

This dog is up for re-homing.

His requirements are no other pets, or children.

He recently went through k-9 training for manners. His fully house trained, expect trash in bathroom would require lid.

His 9 years old, Red Bone Chinese Shar-Pei. Has been struck by car on his way to Oklahoma. His on pain medicine and heart,flea,tick pill.

When introducing him to new environments it's orders by veterans and trainers he wear muzzle.

He will come with all his updated records.

He loves the groomers at PetCo. He likes vegetables if dip in ranch. His favorite doggie snacks are real pig ears, fish skin or fish from PetSupplies in Tulsa. He loves big toys without the stuffing just squeakers, which he will leave for you.
His gentle giant at heart, lot of energy but short winded breathing. Loves going for ride, and go into stores that are appropriate without other small animals. He tolerate children, but has discomfort with them from past trauma.

His hair maintenance requirements is half solutions apple c***r vinegar and water. To maintain his hair loss. He will come with his dog hair brushes, leashes, harness, doggy shirts. His favorite food comes from dollar general, big bag last him 3 weeks.

His name is Nixon and from California homed here in Oklahoma.

Why would someone rent this type of storage, half everything in there regardless value trashes.

Weather damage, the place also did not offer this person insurance on property use nor for clients personal insurance coverage.
