We are seeking a dependable, professional, and welcoming Administrative Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as the face of our office and the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, compassionate with stressed clients, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include:
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Greeting and assisting clients and mediation participants
* Managing front office operations and client interactions
* Filing and maintaining organized records and files
* File management and administrative support
* Courthouse runs and errands as needed
* Stocking and maintaining office supplies
* Assisting with daily office operations and additional administrative duties

Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-stress situations
* Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced office environment
* Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
