Back in the office with your August Real Estate Market Update for Troy and Tipp City! 🏠

Sales stayed strong last month, and average prices hit $385k (up almost 18% from last year). But the biggest thing I’m noticing right now is a massive split in how fast homes are selling.

Fresh, move in ready listings are going under contract in under two weeks. On the flip side, homes that need work or started a bit high are sitting around 48 days.
