Are you planning on joining us Saturday for the Parade of Open Houses Extravaganza??? If you're not, you should!
Here's how it's gonna look!
Below is the map and the list of homes that will be open and available for you to tour.
Questions I've received:
Q: "How much does it cost? "
A: It's FREEEEE. Zero dollars for you. Saturday only. :)
Q: "Where do we start?"
A: You can start at any one of the homes, but the map will show you the logical flow, if you want to try to make it to all of the homes in the 3-hour period. The most logical start place is 322 W Greenwood (which is #1 on the map,) or 1318 N Highland (which is #12 on the map.) However, if you're the kind to march to your own drum and want to start at house #6, we support that (and you're our kind of people, you rebels. Haha!)
Q: "Do we need to print out the map and punch card?"
A: Nope! Just show up. There will be punch cards, maps, and flyers at each of the homes.
Q: "What's the grand prize? "
A: There will be a couple of good prizes, but the grand prize will be dinner and an overnighter/staycation to either Lava Hot Springs or the Alaskan Inn.
Q: "How do we win the prizes?"
A: Attend at least 9 of the houses, have the agent initial your punch card while you're there, leave a little feedback on the punch card for each home you've seen, and leave it with the agent at the last house you attend. If you hit all 12 homes, you'll get a second entry. :)
Q: "Do i have to take my shoes off at each house?"
A: Given the weather, it would be a good common courtesy to do so or wear booties, if they are provided. The homes are all currently available and being sold, so helping the sellers keep things nice would be appreciated. You may want to wear comfortable shoes that slip on and off easily. This is the one time no one will judge you for wearing those bright yellow crocs!
