Willful copyright infringement can also result in criminal penalties, including imprisonment of up to ten years and a fine of $250,000 for an individual. Copy Right may be subject void if used for charity that donates 100% of proceeds to the charity specified and/or for a non profit group/organization in which terms they do not generate profits unless those profits generated are 100% donated to a charity inside of the United States of America.
