Sometimes YouTube still surprises us.

Augustin and Madeleine found us on YouTube all the way from New Jersey. They were visiting Florida and reached out, hoping to sit down face to face and talk about buying a condo here in Tampa Bay.

What really got us was the effort they put in just to make it happen. They drove from Clearwater to Riverview during rush hour to meet us where we already were. We grabbed a bite, talked real estate, talked about what they're looking for, and honestly just got to know each other.

Seeing the views and comments on YouTube is one thing. Having someone sit across from you and say "we've been watching you guys and wanted to meet you" is another thing entirely. Moments like this are exactly why we started making these videos.

Now we can't wait to help them find the right condo here in Tampa Bay and see where this journey takes them. 🏡🌴

Reading Angela's words brought back so many memories from their journey. ❤️

It all started when Angela & Sebastian found us through our YouTube videos and reached out for their first virtual consultation. From that first conversation, we had the opportunity to get to know their family, what they were looking for, and what mattered most as they prepared for their move from Orlando to the Tampa Bay area.
From there came conversations, home tours, exploring different areas and new construction communities, and eventually finding the right home for their family in Wimauma. 🏡

What makes Angela's words even more meaningful is knowing this was their 4th home purchase and 2nd new construction home. They had been through the home buying process before, so hearing that we were still able to teach them things they didn't know, make the process feel easier and less overwhelming, and keep them informed every step of the way means so much to us.
