!!NEXBILLPAY UPDATE!!
Our card system is back up and working this morning - system maintenance is complete!
We are still going to wait until Monday to apply the 10% late fees since it wasn't accessible for a couple of days.
You can now pay online, by phone, or we can take your card in office.

Our card payment system NexBillPay is still under maintenance today, and we are not sure at what point it will be back up. They mentioned it will hopefully be up this evening.

At this time no phone payments, online payments, or in office card payments can be processed. We will update as soon as you are able to make these types of payments.

Due to this, we will be postponing the 10% late fees on the current months bill to Monday, Oct 19th (Instead of posting on the 15th).

Monday Oct 19th is also lock day for any PAST DUE balances. Please have these paid BEFORE Monday at 7 AM!

We are aware of water outages on Highway 120, Ford Rd, Co Rd 38, Roxana Rd, and the surrounding area. The guys are out now searching for the issue in order to restore service.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to find the issue and get it resolved.

Effective October 1st 2026, the base rate or minimum rate of $30 for 0-3,000 gallons not including tax will now become a base rate or minimum rate of $30.00 for 0-2,000 gallons not including tax for water usage starting on the October water bills.

PLEASE DO NOT try to drive around the cones - there is a cable line across the driveway that your vehicle WILL get caught up in - please do not park in the road and step over the cable lines as this is ALSO not safe.

We will update as soon as it is no longer blocking the way and our building is accessible.
