What does a good real estate agent actually do for you?

A lot of the value is invisible.

It’s knowing when a small issue could turn into an expensive one, when a conversation needs to happen now instead of tomorrow, and when protecting your client matters more than keeping a deal moving.

The smoothest transactions usually aren’t smooth because nothing went wrong.

They feel smooth because someone was paying attention early, asking the right questions, and handling problems before they became your problems. That’s the part of representation I wish more buyers and sellers knew to look for.

Saturday was a good one — Doak was loud, the Noles pulled out a win, and this town just felt alive again. But honestly? The thing that stuck with me was Ethan Pritchard. Kid got shot in the head last year, almost didn’t make it, and there he was WALKING his team out of that tunnel.

Wasn’t expecting to tear up during a home opener, but here we are.

Football is back, ya’ll! 🏈

Okay this one tested me . This one was not the smoothest. A few curveballs that had me scrambling more than once. There was a moment I was ready to just go bartend instead… 😅

But honestly? Those are the deals that teach the most!

To my sellers — thank you for sticking with me through all of it. Even my 7am calls & texts 😆 Getting you to that closing table is the best part of my job. I still get a little emotional every time someone trusts me with something this big.

Another one closed 🎉 onto the next round of my favorite kind of chaos.

I had the honor of presenting a donation to the Tallahassee PD Cadet Program tonight. These cadets are literally our future officers — kids who choosing to serve here. OaksFeather Realty 🪶 will be donating a portion of every Tallahassee transaction we close going forward to this program. These cadets are a future officer of this city and investing in them, and their training, makes a difference.
