As pay transparency continues to gain momentum nationwide, New Jersey is the latest state to advance these transparency requirements on employers. On November 18, 2024, Governor Murphy signed into effect Senate Bill 2310. As a result, starting June 1, 2025, the new law will require employers to disclose certain compensation and benefits information in job listings and for promotional opportunities.
