They denied the defect.
They blamed the user.
They said the product was “used incorrectly.”
That’s often how these cases begin.
But legally?
A manufacturer’s denial does not decide liability. Evidence does. ⚖️
In product liability cases, what matters is whether the product was reasonably safe, properly tested, and supported by adequate warnings — not how quickly a company refuses responsibility.
If a dangerous product caused serious harm, documentation, expert analysis, prior complaints, and the facts surrounding the incident can change everything.
Don’t assume you don’t have a case just because a corporation said no.
