It was three years ago that I launched my law firm after this board speech. Since then I have sat thru 1000’s of hours of Evaluation meetings, Reviews of Existing Data, IEPs and manifestation meetings. The entire special education process is broken on many levels. Next up is beginning to expose the flaws and provide insight from inside the system. I will be launching a podcast as part of my three year anniversary. It’s a work in progress but it’s time to pull back the curtain on the system.
