This was a very difficult liability case to pursue.
In fact, another big name law firm dropped this case and they told the client that they couldn't win. Thankfully, the client called HSKL. Through hard work and diligent investigation, I discovered evidence to prove that the Defendants were negligent and they agreed to pay $400,000.00 to settle the case!
