Well folks. The steal in Arizona has begun. The Secretary of state announced that it would take two weeks to count the votes. He blamed it on the legislature not allowing him to change election laws so that he basically had the authority to invalidate entire counties from the count. There is no reason why it would take 2 weeks to count the ballads when until the 2020 steal we have always known who won when we woke up the next day. This is bu****it and it's exactly why the Dems have installed themselves in Secretary of State positions in all key battleground states. If other states can have results within 12 hours. Arizona doesn't need two weeks. All of our ballots in the possesion of the Shady Bunch. I'm really pi**ed. I don't think I can just sit around and watch them invalidate our choice and cheat right in front of us again. It's insulting.

Since Joe Biden and the Democrates have opened our Borders when there is supposedly this global war on terrorism. They armed the so-called terrorists we spent 20 years fighting with 85billion dollars of our military equipment. Blackhawks, M16s, MRAPS, Abraham's, etc etc. The TERRORIST TELIBAN took back the entire country before the last American boots stepped on to the evac. And 15 million undocumented aliens that provide a fake name when they get here. Who are allowed to show up at any airport and get free unlimited flights to anywhere in the country. By just showing the document with that fake name. Seems like they are telling us 9/11 was a big lie. All the freedoms they took from us. All the wealth they have and are stealing from us. All these people from all around the world. Mostly single men of military fighting age. I think we can see that must have been an inside job. And the Pope has proven the Bible is a fraud as well. The story of S***m and Gomorrah. S***my is bad. But the Pope has given Catholic preists permission to marry gay couples in the church. So I guess that's another lie. It's all coming out. The lies they use to control us and to make us unwilling participants in their evil. These filthy lying politicians that we are watching destroy our country by breaking the laws the people we elected created. They need to fry and the damage undone. That starts with making sure our votes are counted and our elections belong to us. Just because your guy loses is no excuse to deny the fraud that we all watched happen. Biden, Clinton, Obama, the Bush's. They all need to be held accountable for the lies and deciept they perpetrated and the damage they have done to our freedom and wealth.

For anybody still believing the 2020 election wasn't stolen by sleazy Joe Biden and the Democrate Cartel that's been ripping off our wealth and selling our children's future to anybody that's willing to pay. The proof is our border and the push to make our elections less secure. They got smoked so bad that they knew they had to import several million new voters. I hope people wake up and recognize the evil that the Bidens, Clinton's, and Obamas are. Before Biden became v.p. his net wealth was worth around 300,000. Now 30 million. The only product Joe Biden had to sell was our secrets and our country. Why are the slaves giving power to the slave masters? Is it some kind of revenge plot. We should all be slaves. Who is this 30% who think life is better under Biden. Please go find a physician because you need help. This is a fight for good and evil. 80,000 missing children. 150,000 overdose deaths. 11,000 a year stolen from family's to fund the Democrats election interference and fraud. Our country has never been in more danger of being lost. We are the biggest joke in the world. It's very likely to late to save our great country. But it is absolutely over if we let the dems steal another election and do nothing about it. We need to demand real elections and when we see the shenanigans that happened last election. It's pretty simple. Why would the real winner fight to not have to prove it. Because they didn't win. After being lied to for 4 years are you still going to believe the liars?

Here is where you can go to review my last petition for pcr. This is the crooked justice happening in this county. Even after pointing out to the court through it's own record that the tools I was accused of stealing of trafficking never belonged to the person I was accused of stealing them from. Therefore no crime was committed. The court doesn't care and as I have been saying. Protects cops who lie and set people up.

I have filed a petition for post conviction relief with Judge Kelliher that included proof the police lied and I was convicted for stealing my own tool set. I provided proof the alleged victim gave 3 different descriptions of the tool the police claimed was proof I stole the tool set. Torx Bits, Torx Sockets, Torque wrench. Yet not one of these tools was even in the set I posted on Craigslist. They also claimed because I added a ratchet extension or that the victim added a ratchet extension. This made the tool set so rare that it had be the victims. Because only his tool set would include a ratchet extension. I don't understand how that's not the most ridiculous claim ever made in a court room. When you have a socket set that didn't come with an extension. That would be the first thing somebody would need to add. But it gets even more ridiculous. I added a Craftsmen extension to my set. Which was what the police claimed was stolen from the victim. The victim himself testified he purchased his extension from Home Depot. Which makes the extension he had in his tool set a Husky. Not Craftsmen. A fact that anybody who has shopped for tools at either Sears or Home Depot would know. Home Depot has never in it's history sold Craftsmen brand tools. NEVER. The state never had a case against me. So what did they do? They created there own evidence and injected there own false testimony. This is a disturbing example of how prejudice the jury is automatically of a defendant and how the state takes advantage of that prejudice. This jury didn't pay any attention to what the alleged victim said. They only heard the lies the police told. This victim gave 3 different descriptions of tools that where not even in the tool set that was sitting right in front of him. The police also claimed that this crime was reported on Sept 22nd 2012. Yet this victim testified he was in Africa for the middle 3 weeks of September and was home for about a week before he noticed his tool set was not where he left it. So there is simply no way he reported his tools stolen on Sept 22nd. Which was one day after I posted my tools on C/L. Conveniently. The police raided my home on Oct 5th. The victim testified he saw my posting within 24 hours of reporting his tools. The victim has just told us the police where lying about when he reported his tools stolen. The state was allowed to change the date of when the alleged crime was committed so many times I lost count. They where allowed to change it again the day of the trial. But the police have provided a completely false story and somehow they had knowledge of a tool set being stolen from the victim before the victim himself knew. They filed a report on the 22nd of September and closed it the same day. Instead of forwarding it to the property crimes unit. So detectives could work the case. They couldn't forward it before it was actually reported. The police and state suppressed that report along with several others. As well as all the video footage that would have proven they where lying. But the fact that the statements the police where making at trial did not support the testimony of the victim. And that they all would change their testimony several times right there on the stand. It was unbelievable. The jury didn't care. The Judge-didn't care. My attorney. Didn't care. All I could do was sit there and watch as the state twisted the truth into a completely fabricated story that resulted in the complete destruction of my life. It has taken me 6 years to get all of the suppressed evidence and prove what the police and did. And the states response to my petition was. Because it has been 5 years and I had already lost an appeal that it shouldn't matter I was convicted for stealing a tool set I owned. That is what Kristina Guerrero-Sizneros filed. Remember that folks. She is trying to win a seat on the bench as a Judge. She doesn't care she the police fabricated evidence and perjured themselves to get a false conviction. To her that's good law. They should all be fired and face charges. I hope if you've read this and ever find yourself on a jury. That you pay very close attention to what is being said and who is saying it. The police LIE. That's a fact. When they claim they've lost evidence. It should be taken that they have destroyed evidence intentionally to hide something. That is there number 1 purpose. To collect and preserve evidence to present to a jury so the truth can be established. That's the whole purpose of a trial. When the police fail to do their job and are allowed to present a jury with whatever story supports the outcome they want. They will lie to get that outcome. If they claim somebody said something after giving up there Miranda rights. Where is the signed statement from that person that proves they gave up their rights? If there isn't one then why should we take the word of the police? The police are not credible witness. They testify in support of a credible witness. Their testimony should support that of a victim. In this case they have placed themselves in as victims. The county attorney completely ignored what the real victim testified and presented the jury with false testimony. They jury didn't listen to anything the victim said because they had already decided I was guilty before the victim ever testified. Which actually made all the testimony the police gave hearsay. The victim should testify first. Then the police should testify in support of that testimony. Make no mistake folks. They have no problems convicting an innocent man. They don't care. The police set me up. This was the second time. There is something very wrong with that. Judge Kelliher was not privy to any of this at Trial. I can't blame him. He has to assume that the county attorney and police are being professional and that they have come right to his court. I'm waiting for his decision.

I recently filed my last petition for post conviction relief. Here they are if you want to take a look. I wish I could post all the transcripts from Trial proceedings because the police changed everything the victim said to fit their agenda. You can see how they set me up and then lied about losing the video evidence so they could lie and lie without any way to prove they where lying. Thank God I was able to find an internal memo that proves that exculpatory evidence was withheld with malice to deny my right to present a defense and a fair trial. They didn't even think twice about it. I lost everything and I will never get it back. These are the people who are supposed to protect and serve. Being shady immoral selfish criminals for their own personal gain.

It's pretty obvious the courts are completely out of control. They are all acting in there own personal interests instead of applying the laws equally to everybody. They apply the law to John Q Citizen but John Q Politician and John Q Policeman are outside the laws. For whatever reason the Constitution has become a worthless protection unless its protecting them. When you have evidence of a crime committed by the police in the court room. The court just refuses to hear it. The state with endless tax paid resources are given years to perfect its perjured case against a citizen. That citizen is given 1-3 months to appeal and on top of that. The state controls the evidence and information and just keeps it from you. Evidence has 2 different meanings. For the citizen hearsay and perjured testimony is direct evidence you committed a crime. For the state and police direct evidence of hearsay and perjured testimony used against an innocent citizen is good police work. The system is so blatantly corrupt it's hard to even fathom how these judges live with themselves pretending to be unbiased arbitrators of justice. Fairness is absolutely the last word anybody should use to in todays justice system. Who reviews your trial proceedings? The Trial judge. Ya. The most arrogant amongst us are allowed to review there own bias. That in itself is just another protection they enjoy.

This is just a couple of the more obvious issue's. An officer in training that stood silent in a corner and said nothing on Oct 5th 2012. Who in 2014 after plagerizing the reports of other officers presents himself to the Jury as the experianced case officer that ran the whole investigation.

Part 1 of a series of videos I will be doing to shed light on the how the police set me up and how the Bias of the court encourages it. I want to explain to people how the police have no problem's creating a crime, lying to a jury, and destroying lives. And the low/no standards the judicial system has when it comes to preventing it and ensuring the constitutional right's of the citizens are honored. The courts are either complicant, or they choose to pretend it doesn't happen. Either way the reason 98% of court cases ending a plea agreement isn't something they should be bragging about. Hell I was bullied into taking a plea for a charge there was never any evidence to support. Just the cop who put it there ever saw it. No placard number and 3 differant numbers in the evidence log. But after seeing first hand how the Judge allowed the state to present lie's, false fabricated testimony, rule a fabricated statement I never said in the real world as direct evidence I commited a Burglary. False Hearsay Testimony. It's also facsinating how the police never have to provide any proof. They say they read you rights and then they say you agreed to speak with them which are both bu****it. So aside from getting to lose the evidence that would have shown the Jury exactly what was said or not said. There is no record of who had the evidence when it went missing. What was done to try and recover it. When it was reported to the duty seargant. Apparently evidence dissapears so often it's just no big deal. Now the police and state can spew out whatever narritive it needs to to decieve the Jury.
