I would like to address the questions about the fresh produce i use .Several years ago I noticed most minced garlic came from China and China uses human waste to fertilize.check your jars at the grocery store if it says China it's a hard no.I use dehydrated minced garlic that comes from usa.On cilantro I dont use dehydrated because it has no taste.I get my cilantro from usually our local produce ,but all of my base is marinated in vinegar for 2 hrs then cooked according to the proper protocol and I add 5 more minutes to the cooking phase.....I will do everything humanly possible to insure the safety of my product for my customers.....I think it was 2 yrs ago you couldn't even get cilantro because of this problem. If you have a question dont ever hesitate to ask me anything~terry@the The Salsa Lady Salsa CO.
