Inside The Studebaker Group.

Hi, I’m Brent! Today is a little extra special because it marks 4 years since I joined The Studebaker Group.

I’ve been in real estate for 18 years now, with more than $600 million in closed sales and a career that has taken me between two places I know incredibly well, North Scottsdale and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Over the years, I’ve worked across luxury homes, new construction, investment properties, and commercial real estate, but the part I still enjoy most is helping people make sense of a big decision. I’m a straight shooter, and I’d much rather tell you what you need to hear than what you want to hear.

Having roots in Iowa and a collegiate golf background has made Scottsdale feel like a pretty natural fit too. I spend a lot of time in communities like DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Troon, Mirabel, and Grayhawk, and I especially enjoy helping people make the move between the Midwest and Arizona.

A lot has happened over the last 18 years, but getting to work with great people and help them through some pretty big life moves never gets old. Here’s to what’s next!

Some closings just feel extra special.

Allen first met the Hutchison family at an open house back in 2003, when he was just getting started in real estate. They became his very first clients and purchased a home in Carefree, where they went on to raise their son and daughter.

Over the years, one transaction turned into another. Allen helped them sell that first home, purchase the property we just sold, and helped other members of their family along the way too. All in, it's been around 10 transactions together over the past 23 years.

And now, Allen and Aaron have had the chance to help them with another successful sale.

It's pretty amazing to look back at where it all started and realize how many years, homes, and life changes have happened since that first open house.

Under contract and heading toward closing!

There’s a lot to love about this Anthem home, so we’re excited to see our buyers officially under contract.

Daren and Katrina traded real estate for the golf course and headed up to StoneRidge in Prescott for a day with friends Melissa and Marc.

Good friends, a beautiful day, and a little friendly competition on the course. Definitely one worth looking back on.
