NEW + COMING SOON IN MCCORMICK RANCH SCOTTSDALE ✨

Here are the new restaurants in McCormick Ranch everyone’s talking about: Dash from chef Matt Carter opens this fall, SUSHISAMBA, V Modern Italian, La La Land Cafe, and Frost Gelato are all signed at the new $70M Lakefront at Scottsdale, the Mastro brothers are building a brand-new steakhouse on the old Chart House site for 2027, and already open — Vecina and Starfish Scottsdale.

I’m especially excited for Dash and SUSHISAMBA on the lake — those two are at the top of my list! 🤭

One of my favorite things about living here is having so many incredible restaurants, bars, and local businesses right in our backyard. And it’s always fun to have a few new places to add to the list!

Which of these new spots are you most excited about?! 🤎

And if we haven’t met yet, hi! I’m Christina! I’m a Scottsdale realtor, and I love sharing everything I’ve come to love about living in Scottsdale.

Whether you’re already a local or thinking about making a move to Scottsdale, I hope my page can be a resource for you!

And if you’re thinking about buying or selling in Scottsdale, I’d love to learn more about your plans and how I can help with your next chapter! 🤍

My favorite parts of this Sands East stunner: a dreamy primary bathroom, a chef’s kitchen built for entertaining, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and a backyard oasis with a pool, hot tub, and putting green wrapped in mature ficus trees. Minutes from Old Town.
