Didn't even know if the case was still current! Time to go. Just asked a simple question, and get this every time you call, they say I can't give Legal Advice, constantly after every question. I asked what the weather was, and she said "I can't give legal advice" are these office clerks in their senses? Wipe the slate clean, get rid of them all. Time to clean out you desks.

A Scotch Plains man was arrested for simple assault on Friday, July 3, after a road rage incident on Martine Avenue.

When Scotch Plains police responded to a report that a fight was taking place on Martine Avenue, they found Ralph Tuhl, 68, of Scotch Plains, leaving the area and a victim on the ground with several marks on him.

Tuhl admitted to striking the victim because of an earlier road rage incident in which Tuhl said he felt the victim cut him off with his vehicle. The victim refused medical treatment and suffered only cuts on his hands and arms. Tuhl was transported to police headquarters, where he was processed and released.
Ralph's Ex-Wife husband but he never thought Ralph sparred every weekend at Fort Dix with the National Guard Troops. Intelligence matters, especially for the so called victim. Stalking is illegal.
