Home Foundation Corp is an approved 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization providing integral solutions to clients in multiple states throughout the US who have been affected by the financial crisis and as a result, are facing personal financial difficulties and/or are upside down in their home mortgage. -long investment, due to many reasons i.e; loss of income, layoff, loss of loved ones, divorce etc. and may be subject to unlawful and illegal litigation actions against them derived from illegal mortgage backed securities in secondary markets. Home Foundation Corp is a multidisciplinary team of professionals combining years of extensive experience in complex contracts and real estate litigation's. We have developed proprietary software and technology platforms to assist communities most affected by the recent US financial and foreclosure crisis, with the goal to maintain a home for the family assisting them on the path to financial freedom and home ownership. Home Foundation Corp has created the “HELP US, HELP YOU” Program, that is legally compliant with all states, and settles all homeowner’s liability and deficiency balances through negotiation of the settlement. Our program is simple but effective, ensuring everybody finds a median ground that promotes a positive beneficial solution for all the parties involved. The outcome guarantees payment of the loan to the true creditor at Fair Market Price; this process can take up to a year to settle and allows the families to maintain a safe and secure home with as little disruption to their current living situation.
