Congratulations to our Firm Administrator, Matt Bower, for his selection as one of four Region 2 Representatives for the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). In this volunteer role, Matt will be responsible for promoting and educating members through the SE region and various chapters on the policies, programs and initiatives of the ALA.

Our most sincere condolences go out to the family of long time and retired member, Shirley Melvin. Regretfully, Shirely passed away last week. Shirley was a member of our Chapter for many years until her retirement late last year. A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held on Monday evening, October 6th, at 6:00 P.M. , at the Toale Brothers Colonial Chapel (downtown Sarasota, 40 North Orange Avenue). Shirley dearly loved animals. Memorial donations can be made to The Human Society or Cat Depot.
