The firm is proud to announce that Attorney Scott Miller was recently successful in defending a client that had been faced with charges of Felony Battery. The client had initially enlisted the help of a different lawyer, but for nine months, the case was not going in the direction that they had hoped for. For this reason, the client decided to see how the criminal defense attorney at our firm could help. Within a month of Mr. Miller taking on the case, the prosecution dropped all charges against his client.
