My wife Kim and I have been married for over 30 years. We were both born and raised in New Orleans and have lived along the Gulf Coast all our lives, from Houston to Destin, and now call Bradenton home, enjoying all the Gulf Coast has to offer in both work and personal lifestyles. I have been in property management for over ten years, spanning Louisiana, Texas, and specifically vacation property management here in Florida for the last three years with Five Star Properties and Real Estate. I decided to take this knowledge and the skills I learned, with a keen eye on investment properties, and become a full-time Realtor. I joined Berkshire Hathaway Luxury Group in the Destin/30A areas, assisting clients looking to own or expand upon their own piece of paradise. We have two children, Peyton, 27, and Parker, 25, both living and working in Denver. Let’s talk about faux pas in real estate. 👀

• Scheduling showings with no intentions to buy or just not showing up.
• Hiring a bunch of agents in the same geographic location.
• Cutting out a Buyer’s Agent and going directly to the Listing Agent thinking it will save money.
• Getting bad advice from a friend/relative who is in real estate but has nothing to do with the transaction.
• “Testing the market.” Putting your house on the market just to see if it’ll sell for an astronomical price.
